    Most crime is not recorded in these statistics because charges are not laid in Labour's catch and release justice system. Try again, Dickbot, and explain to all the business owners who are going out of business or giving up because of rampant shoplifting,

    That article is not about crime rates - it is about charges brought
    before a court. Crimes can be committed that never result in charges,
    for a number of reasons.

    There is no evidence that supports your assertion in that link. In fact crime rates have probably increased in the past 3 years since the government's initiatives to reduce the number of people in prison.
