    According to Wikipedia (my manual comparisons of each Ministry) we
    have had a single person as both Minister of Justice and Police at the
    same time:

    Thomas Wilford, 10/12/1928-10/12/1929 (both)
    John Cobb, Justice: 28/5/1930-6/12/1935, Police: 18/12/1929-6/12/1935
    Annette King, Justice: 31/10/2007-19/11/2008, Police:
    19/10/2005-19/11/2008

    So only 3, but all for periods of a year or more.
