  • Another Labour delivery failure, but what is missing?

    So actions are reportedly underway to address access to the justice
    system - but what is missing is success measurement over defined years
    - ie backlog number targets over 12-month periods to get the backlogs
    down to an acceptable levels.

    There are valid reasons that the backlogs have increased. Both Labour
    and National recognise that there is a problem but neither have
    produced a solution that includes backlog reduction targets - and that
    is what is missing from this article.

    Yes exactly right. Without measurements you don't have a plan and you cannot achieve anything.
