Another pathetic political post from the ng political disinformation project!

You are being a bit hard on Simon Bridges - he was merely describing
the situation he found himself in - being discriminated against in an interaction with the health system due to his presenting as a Maori.
He rightly did not condone that discrimination, nor does the current government; and they are doing something to redress to a small extent
some of the effects of that discrimination. Your accusing National and
Simon Bridges of being racist is not helpful . . .

Maori can and have been using the health system for years. However many don't bother to take care of themselves because imbeciles like you keep pushing the colonisation mantra! If they quit smoking, drugs, fatty foods and exercised more they'd have
better health outcomes. Giving them prority in the health system isn't going to do shit! Just like so very many of Labours policies!

Bullshit. National are not anti Maori (that is fiction) and this government's health reforms are racist. Those are both facts that you cannot fail to ackowledge. Correction - you can of course fail to acknowledge the truth, you so often have in the past.

To get out of this hole society is in we need remove the race part (as much
as possible) and focus on the issues. WE also need to assume that the
speaker is not racist unless proven beyond reasonable doubt.

Another point is that is a great deal easier to hate a group than it is an individual from the group.

If the Maori and Pasifika, as a group(s) have a lower level of general

So we need to increase the general health of the population.

I agree, Gordon. The relatively complex, but simple to use system was
developed by health professionals without any direction from
government, as being the best way to get maximum impact from the
resources available - it starts with the intensity of medical needs
and only then introduces other factors.

That it was a racist system set up by a totalitarian government who doesn't give a damn about New Zealanders unless they're a minority race!

Another pathetic political post from the ng political disinformation project!
You are being a bit hard on Simon Bridges - he was merely describing >>>> the situation he found himself in - being discriminated against in an >>>> interaction with the health system due to his presenting as a Maori. >>>> He rightly did not condone that discrimination, nor does the current >>>> government; and they are doing something to redress to a small extent >>>> some of the effects of that discrimination. Nice to see you admitting that special treatment by medical staff is discrimination Rich. Well done! Maybe there's hope for some more sense from you soon.

On the contrary, John Bowes, we pay medical staff to exercise
discrimination - first of course on immediate medical need

I would aruge it is the culture that causes the staff to exercise >discrinmation.
