National shows they regard property belonging to others as fair game
for them to use without asking permission. Just watch now as some
National supporting twerp tries to justify National''s contempt for

Whereas your inglorious Labour party just takes our property and gives it to the iwi elite! Try some other distraction Rich. We all know the economy is going down the gurgler thanks to Labour who think the law and rules don't apply to them!

If you are going to raise these sort of issues, how about you address

Hey Rich, people in glass houses should not throw stones.

People will do this copyright act infringement. Sometimes they get away with it. Sometimes not.

As you have referred to above, the main point is that National have tried
their luck again. However at worst they have not got away with not paying
the bill. Compare this to what this Government has done to its people. No contest.

As to putting themselves above the law. It was YOUR Labour government that made several breaches of the NZ Bill of Right which last time I looked was NZ law! So I suggest you get a real science degree along with some comprehension skills.

The fact that they were simply asked to remove the content that was copyrighted, and that they complied (as in the past) is ample evidence
that this is a trivial issue that you are simply trying to amplify for
purely political purposes. You have nothing more substantial to
    attack National with.

Touche but totally hypocritical of you. You distract like this

Hipkins transgression is far worse than National's copyright issues.

It was never stolen - just used without authorisation - and removed
when informed that what they used is copyrighted and not in the public
    domain.

Crash, you are entitled to regard $600,000 (reduced on appeal to
$225,000) as trivial, but they would have also had legal costs to pay
    - but others may not see it that way: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eight_Mile_Style_v_New_Zealand_National_Party

I do not know if they will be asked to pay for later examples, which
    include: https://www.newstalkzb.co.nz/news/politics/national-party-instagram-post-pulled-over-apparent-katy-perry-copyright-issue/

    and https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/politics/national-party-removes-tiktok-videos-after-inquiry-with-film-studios/YRCFRYPFEREOVK3FMFPXI42FYY/

Also surprising is that it appears that the current leader of the
party was not told of these problems immediately, and also that he did
not see any problems arising from them - perhaps laws are only
supposed to apply to other people . . .

National shows they regard property belonging to others as fair game
for them to use without asking permission. Just watch now as some
National supporting twerp tries to justify National''s contempt for
property rights, or honesty - will they try the ""pretty legal""
    excuse again?

    Dickbot: "Look! A squirrel!"

You can see how desperate Dickbot and his ilk are when they are nitpicking with such minutiae as NZ struggles with disastrous inflation, disastrous cost of living, disastrous balance of accounts, disastrous law and order, disastrous health, disastrous
education , disastrous race relations, and so on, all under Labour.

Yet as Labour burns NZ to the ground here is our village idiot wailing at National's minor copyright issues. What a tosser.

You are fair to call Rich's obsession with anti-National trivia
    rhetoric as you have.

I expect Rich to respond with 'off topic'.......;-)

Crash, you are entitled to regard $600,000 (reduced on appeal to
$225,000) as trivial, but they would have also had legal costs to pay
    - but others may not see it that way: >https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eight_Mile_Style_v_New_Zealand_National_Party

I do not know if they will be asked to pay for later examples, which
    include: >https://www.newstalkzb.co.nz/news/politics/national-party-instagram-post-pulled-over-apparent-katy-perry-copyright-issue/

    and >https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/politics/national-party-removes-tiktok-videos-after-inquiry-with-film-studios/YRCFRYPFEREOVK3FMFPXI42FYY/

Also surprising is that it appears that the current leader of the
party was not told of these problems immediately, and also that he did
not see any problems arising from them - perhaps laws are only
supposed to apply to other people . . .

Rich in the great scheme of things this is no more than a beltway
issue. Yes National have violated copyright multiple times (you would
think they would learn) but this is of no political significance and
this is reflected in the muted media coverage. That's because the
issue you referred to is a previous National government, and the MPs
involved are no longer in Parliament. The recent incidents have seen copyrighted material removed on request.

It is significant to you not because of its importance but because you
are getting a bit low finding ammo for your relentless anti-National
rhetoric. The way things are going for Labour now, I dread to think
of the lengths you will stoop to, to attack National.

Jeez anytime now you will start calling me a Nat-bot.
