Notice how these changes are giving subsidies to the rich while taking from the workers.
Note also that the increase for imported second hand vehicles will mean that we will have many used up batteries from the cars to recyle or more likely land fill.

This is the same idiot Government and Minister, that subsidises Fossil
fuels.
If you really wanted incentivise the shift to EV's then the high cost of
petrol ( due to high taxes ) would be a suitable method, and those
high taxes could be used to fix the wrecked transport infrastructure, as intended. and avoids the money go around of extra taxes for subsidies.
Yet another total fail from this demented government.
