If you are going to exhort us all to attend Anzac day services, this
press release should have gone out last week to give the opportunity
for media coverage to appear before today (Anzac Day). What clueless
idiot held it back until it was too late?

Pretty typical of this worse than useless government! October can't come soon enough!

How about we start with the Minister for Veterans, Meka Whaitiri?

This the call, to observe, is an annual event from the Government. In past years the veterans were the only ones remembering. However there was an increase in the younger population as ANZAC Day came to include all war
deaths and the need for peace.
