That is a good analysis of the legislation - and makes it clear that it is an attack on democracy.

This is the ammo, which the opposition need to put into their guns and fire
at will. There needs to be a continual barage of fire until it get to the tipping point in the publics mind of how bad this is.

Winston Peters has said that we can have 3-waters or Democracy, but not
both. It seems that some others are agreeing.

There is not much time left - the opposition need to get on with it quickly. You are quite correct.

The only will in the Labour party is the will to turn NZ into another Marxist paradise!

Winston's said a lot of things as he always has but in my book he can't be trusted after he threw NZ into Arderns grasping arms...

The Opposition have already given you the solution - cut the top tax
rate, reduce spending by government, stop increasing the minumum wage,
and leave water to local councils. (and don't mention privatisation)
    Have I missed anything?

You have missed everything since the day you closed your mind to balance and fairness, to truth and politeness, and goodness knows what else.
Having said that, at least some of your claim is correct. Water belongs in council's hands. This government has spent more than any previous government on all sorts of things including about 20% more employess and hundreds of millions in consultancy fees.

Constant regurgitation of canceled policy only indicates you're just a nasty little feral worm. Raising the minimum wage only pushes up inflation while not helping those hard workers who were geting above it and the water infrastructure belongs in the
hands of the people. Your support of Labour handing this important thing to Iwi elite just displays just how far you lean towards communism and lack of facts to support your "opinion" that your just a feral hypocrite!

Lets be clear - the 'policy bonfire' has only seen future intentions
to be abandoned. The water reforms are in place - passed into law -
so the only wriggle-room that Labour have is to amend the legislation.
While repeal is possible, no political party has ever repealed any
legislation in the same Parliamentary term in which it was passed.

However amending water reforms legislation even on a minor scale is an admission that Labour got the original legislation wrong in respect of
whatever the amendments are. They do not have a coalition partner to
blame. Labour are simply stuck with the water reforms legislation
they have passed into law. Only National/ACT can repeal it (as they
    have promised to do).
