    OK - I'll bite. This is not in NZ because all public chargers I have
    seen are in carparks with no shelter (not required). The cars shown
    in the tweet have their bonnets raised - and all EVs I have seen do
    not require open bonnets to plug them in.

    So unless EVs overseas have very different standards to NZ, this is a
    fake video.

    It was I believe a CNG type of tank that exploded.
