    I agree - where anyone in his position 'from where I sit with my
    multiple privileges and advantages' is disqualified from commenting on
    human rights as a comment like this is acknowledgement that his
    personal position does not allow him to exercise his professional
    obligations with impartiality.

    All public servants have their own political viewpoints, but their job
    requires them to put this aside in doing what they are paid to do. If
    this is not possible they must resign.

    It is that simple, and it has been this way forever. Paul Hunt should
    be required to adapt his thinking or resign as he is not fit for the
    job.
