    Thank you for the correction Crash. Appreciate it.
    Shane Reti's article is interesting. I've never been able to see Labours sense in doing away with targets. How else can you provide excellence if people don't know what is required. It makes no sense to drop them unless you know you're about to really
    screw things up!
