The polling period is March 2-7 so just after the 3-waters
announcement by National but in the middle of a fear-mongering
response about massive rates rises.
So the jury is still out but National has made their ECE funding
announcement since then. Labour are yet to announce 3-waters changes
but National are in the box seat here as the only party that could
repeal this legislation entirely.
So polling continues, as does the anyone-but-Labour sentiment.
