That increase in tax take reflects the unexpected growth in our
economy which recovered from Covid more quickly than most other
countries, and the positive effect of the wage subsidies in keeping
domestic spending high and increased profits to many businesses. It is
easy to see why National would have been pissed of with that excellent
    economic management . . .

It reflects the Labour party's greed Rich which they've thrown away on such stupidity as Aucklands trams, three waters and stupid bloody art bullshit. They'd have a better chance at another term if they reeled in their over spending and canned things
like three waters ánd Auckland's trams. National, ACT and New Zealand taxpayers have a lot to be pissed off at Labour for!

And new aircraft for the Air Force - it is a shame that National
cannot manage simple replacement of capital equipment when it is due -
that always seems to have to wait on a Labour-government. Perhaps tax
cuts for the wealthy are always more important to Nat/ACTl . . .

Why do you persist in your political bullshit Rich! The reason new aircraft were ordered was because the Defence minister (Ron Mark) new they were needed and he was an NZFirst MP. Labour would have followed it's typical peacenik beliefs as they have
always done! Or was there another reason for the Labour stuff up when we ditched the skyhawks?

Your political bias and bullshit is why nobody in this ng (and probably outside it) has any respect for you Rich. Give it and your constant lying up and you might earn some...

What else can we expect from a political scientist with no experience of the real world?
