    I that Davies makes a cogent point. Even if we accept that Climate
    Change can be controlled and defeated in order for us to survive, the contribution that NZ makes is miniscule in every way, including
    setting an international example. The problem is that CO2 emissions
    come almost entirely from Northern Hemisphere countries. With Putin
    and Xi in running totalitarian governments of sizable impact, there is
    little prospect of CO2 emissions being reduced. Then we have the USA,
    Europe and Asia North to add in.

    Can we set an example as we are? Yes we can but it achieves nothing
    and nobody that matters is taking any notice.

    It's interesting that with the $billions the government has poured into the climate scam out emissions have risen despite everything this government has done. So guess that's yet another failure from the government of failure!

    While we need a debate on climate change, there is lttle point as minds
    are made up. So can we somehow address the other matter of storms do arrive >even so often. Let us not build in the rivers flood planes, allow it for >farming only.
