    I absolutely agree, it is almost as bad as the NZ government rewriting history.
    The rewrite of history is imo worse. It's not just happening here in NZ but around the world. driven by nasty little people like somebody who post here!

    We use either version in most cases - but where there are differences,
    the Maori version is used. That there are differences has been known
    for about 50 years; I understand that the Courts (NZ and
    International) have determined that where there is a difference, the
    Indigenous (in our case Maori) version is to be used. Why does it
    matter to you?
