A solution to the housing crisis is not building in land which is going to flood. It is finding land to build on which does not get flooded.
The really interesting point is that the Government has rowed back on this. First of all has legislation whch protects the wetlands, enviornment and
then under pressure from the developers rows back. Bit of a U turn, and flooding waiting to happen.
