    This looks like another red flag. Make things easier for people to spy on
    one and for the Councils to go take a hike, when requested for information.

    Who is in charge, not the people as is the principle in a democracy.

    This seems consistent with the general direction if this government which includes giving itself more unilateral authority over citizens.
