• An intriguing read from Dr. muriel Newman.

However it ignores the fact that we have TWO Treaty's. An English one and a Maori one that are both different!

The great Maori leader Sir Apirana Ngata had a booklet supporting the English version in 1922. But that doesn't mention the Maori version. It's interesting that he didn't comment on it...

On a day that the Nasty Party is reeling from news that Labour and the Maori Party and the Greens will likely form the next government, you are ill advised, to say the least, in quoting from perhaps the stupidest person to ever enter the New Zealand
parliament. That may be debatable, considering the likes of Norman Jones and David Seymour, but what is beyond dispute is that Muriel Newman was the dimmest medical practitioner in politics anywhere in the world until the advent of Dr Ben Carson.

A clear confusion between sovereignity and governance - poor Brash is
    clearly losing it.

And you confuse governance and management. Who is losing it?
And Mr Brash has made a strong point - but you have to attack the writer and not address the content in any meaningful way. Yes, we know who has really lost it.

It's all Rich has. He knows damn well Brash has stated facts Rich isn't able to refute because they're the truth. Unlike the lies that are Rich's only defence to the truth :)

Yet again you insult the author without any qualifying context.

I am far from clear about what you consider Brash's confusion is.
