The race for complete and utter sheer luncay is well underway.

There have been cases were re-branding has not gone to well. The new and improved Coke. True it is not quite the same as it was the product. Then
again the public want the same product, not this new idea.

Rebranding is usually about creating attention. Not really needed in the 3 waters case.

Rebranding is a waste of time.

What should being done if the Government is of the view that the public does not understand what co-governance is in the 3 waters, they would be best to inform the people that they have it wrong. Having crashed the plane it is
going to be hard to fly this plane again.

Maybe if there had transparent, normal process, debate and time there might have been a different outcome. The war starts with a battle. See even Putin says it is not a war in the Ukarine.
