    Looks like smokers are in for a hard time unless they have gang contacts :)

    Wellington is getting hard hit unless the smokers live on the south coast. But guess like 5 waters it'll make Rich happy :)

    So a question, I wonder how each store who applies is selected? Will
    hypocracy revail?

    All interesting stuff to the curious.

    One thing for sure, well two. The black market will be set up and the ram radiing folks will know where the smokes are.

    I note 1 shop for Motueka, must be payback for all tobacco it grew in times past.

    The black market is already up and running Gordon. Has been for years :)
