• Where is the Kindness?

No we all know that when Chris Luxon was CEO, that John Key would have
been down there at the airport helping sort out a problem for a mate -
after all mates are everything within the National Party family, and
since Key personally had Luxon appointed, he was a mate that deserved
the best from the party. So what did Ardern do - nothing at all
regarding the luggage problem!. Sure Labour doled out large loans to
Air NZ, but that''s not the same as the personal help we expect from a
    leader.

Then look at Luxon - he has been right at the front of getting help
for the beseiged dairy owners - he visited one dairy with only three
or four press photographers very soon after a 501 deportee from
Australia had killed a shop assitant who had followed the thief down
the road - in the time of their grieving, he was there for them,
helping to advertise to potential customers and theives where to get a
bulk supply of cigarretes and alcohol. That is what a true friend
does, look for win win situations. Contrast with what Ardern had done.
All she did was increase the number of police so they cn catch
criminals more quickly; got the overall crime rate down so fewer
people have that sort of heartbreak. Not an ounce of kindness in
staying away to let the people grieve the death of a co-worker though.

Now Brook Sabin knows something about how politics should work - he
was after in the parliamentary press gallery. He knows that politics
is all about looking after your mates, and attacking those that are
    not.

Strange then that on the very same issue, Andrea Vance did not seem to
have got the message. It is almost as if she believes that it is the
job of companies to solve their own problems; and for government to
get out of the way - but also recognising that in this case, the
government does own 51% of the company.

So if you want government to get involved in how compaies operate,
Luxon is your man, provided you have made your donation to the party.
If you want a government that helps business by creating a good
environment with customers that can afford to buy, but lets them
succeed or fail on their own merits, then perhaps Luxon is not the
    right person for New Zealand.

That's a strange and demonstrably silly diatribe about an issue that
only Shane Reti has chosen to take action on, even though he has no
more authority than any other citizen.

I would not have thought you would want to bring this to our attention

taking an issue on that is not a senior Government politician.

helping to advertise to potential customers and theives where to get a >>>bulk supply of cigarretes and alcohol.
The government did what onl;y a government can do. Luxon did only what a >>leader
    of the opposition can do.
    Your tale is silly.
Luxon cannot increase police officers but he can be and has been kind. >>Unlike Ardern who hasn't a kind bone in her body.

So should the government be helping solve the the baggage problems?
    Is it all Jacinda's fault?
What should Government be doing to help fix this problem?

Come on Tony, here is your opportnity to shine - tell us what you
    really think.
I think you are a cretin. I know that you don't give a fig about this country or most of its people.
Apart from that I have already addressed this nonsensical thread's content.

Now Brook Sabin knows something about how politics should work - he
was after in the parliamentary press gallery. He knows that politics
is all about looking after your mates, and attacking those that are
    not.

Strange then that on the very same issue, Andrea Vance did not seem to >>>have got the message. It is almost as if she believes that it is the
job of companies to solve their own problems; and for government to
get out of the way - but also recognising that in this case, the >>>government does own 51% of the company.

So if you want government to get involved in how compaies operate,
Luxon is your man, provided you have made your donation to the party.
If you want a government that helps business by creating a good >>>environment with customers that can afford to buy, but lets them
succeed or fail on their own merits, then perhaps Luxon is not the
    right person for New Zealand.
