New Zealand has not goven executive authority to a non-elected body.

All major parties in New Zealand support the Treaty of Waitangi.

There have been no agreements to change the rules for the WHO - but it
is reasonable for all organisations to review thier purpose and
    authorities from time to time.

What is it that actually concerns you in relation to New Zealand,

    Tears For Fears Lyrics
"Everybody Wants To Rule The World"

    Welcome to your life
    There's no turning back
    Even while we sleep
    We will find you

    Acting on your best behaviour
Turn your back on mother nature
Everybody wants to rule the world

    It's my own design
    It's my own remorse
    Help me to decide
    Help me make the most

    Of freedom and of pleasure
    Nothing ever lasts forever
Everybody wants to rule the world

There's a room where the light won't find you
Holding hands while the walls come tumbling down
When they do I'll be right behind you

So glad we've almost made it
So sad they had to fade it
Everybody wants to rule the world

    I can't stand this indecision
Married with a lack of vision
Everybody wants to rule the world
Say that you'll never never never never need it
    One headline why believe it?
Everybody wants to rule the world

All for freedom and for pleasure
    Nothing ever lasts forever
Everybody wants to rule the world
Good sentiments, so let us make sure that globalisation (as envisaged by the not-so-good professor Klaus Schwab) and co-governance fails too.

International Law indicates that such a Treaty is written in two
languages, it is the manguage of the indigenous people that is
binding, and that is accepted in Nw Zealand law. The last Natonal-led Government under John Key made several settlements under the Treaty,
using co-governance as a key method of delivery of Tino
Rangatiratanga. It has proved to be a good model.

A made up word by the English man who wrote the Maori version of the Treaty because the consept didn't exist in Maori...
The New Zealand Courts have determined otherwise. It was teh version
of the Treaty signed by the Maori chiefs, many of whom were proficient
in English as well as Maori.

No model that includes co-governance can ever be a good model.

Prove it Rich! Your propensity to lie in support of a stupid government and your insistence that the rest of us do it requires this from you unless you think being called a liar is an accolade! Without any support it is quite simply a lie and a simple
little twit like you should be able to understand that!

Thanks - but I don't usually make this sort of effort to get a Maori translation. I just ignore text that includes Maori language without
    an English equivalent.

    International Law

Compliance with which is always voluntary on the part of any
    government.

indicates that such a Treaty is written in two
languages, it is the manguage of the indigenous people that is
    binding

Was this 'International Law' in place in 1840 prior to the Treaty
being signed by the first signatories? If it was then the drafting of
the treaty wording would have borne this in mind. If it was not in
place then, then 'International Law' is irrelevant.

, and that is accepted in Nw Zealand law. The last Natonal-led
Government under John Key made several settlements under the Treaty,
using co-governance as a key method of delivery of Tino
    Rangatiratanga.

Cite please. My bet is that if you can be bothered to cite your cite
will reference instances of co-management not co-governance. I would
be happy to be proven wrong.

It has proved to be a good model.
