I was using the chat service on one.nz to cancel my old ADSL plan. The chatbot asks you a few questions before putting you through to a human; I found that, if I said I was wanting to cancel, then, after entering some details, the final handoff to a human would always fail and tell me to
start again. This got a bit annoying after it happened 3-4 times.
So I chose a different option, to buy or change a plan. Then I was able to get through to an actual human.
Anyway, if you’ve been getting the same runaround, it’s worth a try. ;)
