I need to remove that, it's a leftover feature from the project I forked from (Newsportal). It does not do anything now.

i'm guessing that ... if it's a text file, it's going to get included into the Msg body.

It becomes an attachment. Don't expect your messages to be seen outside of the site very well, as attachments are not really a good idea, but it will work.

I added sci.lang.japan, but soc.culture.japan looks like only junk for quite a while, Do you an at least another user plan to bring it back to life?
