  • Forgot to change pathhost

    Hey all,

    I copied my config over but I forgot to change the pathhost variable so
    all the articles are using the wrong hostname when I use pullnews.

    Is it going to be a problem if I change that value in inn.conf later or
    do I need to fix it and start again?

    It won't break anything, but the Path name won't change for articles already written to disk. No biggie.

    That's what I was thinking but I wanted to be sure it wouldn't cause
    any problems getting articles off the server for usenet clients.

    If I realized then I could have used that name to stop the articles propagating. Oh well. :)
