I think the usage of "bad" isn't very good here, it is more a listing of articles that were not accepted broken down by cause. The majority of yours
are for unwanted groups, a peer sent an article for a newsgroup not in your active file so it was rejected. The others are Duplicate articles, which happens when multiple peers send the same article at the same time and one is rejected. Nothing abnormal in your report from my perspective.

    Hi Jesse,

    "sites sending bad articles"

I think the usage of "bad" isn't very good here, it is more a listing of articles that were not accepted broken down by cause.

Good point. Any suggestion for a better naming of this section?
"Unwanted articles sent by external sites"?

(like we have an "Unwanted newsgroups" section)

    Hi rek2,

    https://news.hispagatos.org/usenet/report.html

The "offered" and "accepted" colums are empty whereas you have active
    peers (as seen in <https://news.hispagatos.org/usenet/innfeed.status.html>).

You should normally see something like that:
    http://news.usenet-fr.net/stat/

Do you happen to have somehow enforced hidden sections? or not
configured the right path to your logs?
I see that only the "inn" program is mentioned in your "Log entries by
program" section, whereas there should also be nnrpd, innd, innfeed...
