    Path preloading is the classic technique to keep articles from reaching specific servers. You simply include a Path: header that contains the
    servers you want excluded. Some posting servers will ignore a path
    header. I'm not sure what the consensus is currently, but it seems to
    me that it should be a poster's prerogative to keep their article from
    reaching a specific server.
