    Aside : I've succefuly adapted the two perl script [1] to be RFC 5537
    compliant [2]. (look at my headers)
    I'll post on fr.comp.lang.perl for the cleanfeed function that could
    be rewrited/optimised using Digest::SHA only.

    Both used to flood newservers, 1000's of messages a day, maybe 10's of thousands. Would just bog down most news servers processing automated

    the university of North Carolina) sent out weather reports from various automated weather stations.

    It was a mess. Relics from the 1990's.

    I don't think that dynamic is a problem per se, I'm just trying to
    understand.
