Yep, I was always fond of that show and the character he played so opted
to run with that alias. The problem is most in the USA think it's
"Avon calling' and I am flogging ladies cosmetics - sigh :)

What do you recommend for Servalan's skin complexion?

I haven't seen Blake's 7 in decades. I really should track it down again.

    I am interested.
I have multiple options, but I suggest these:
    1. DigitalOcean New York, San Francisco or Frankfurt or Amsterdam Region. Each servers is on a 10000 mbit link (up/down both) but i can put more network interfaces to make it double, triple, quadruple... from experience its around 5000 mbit in reality
    per interface.
    2. AWS, we can choose a region, also 10000 mbit each
    3. Heroku - I have 30k USD in credits on Heroku Startups, let's use them?
    4. GCP - I have spent credits but i have another company to apply for 20k again..
    5. IBM, Azure, Oracle... I have account and some money
    6. My home office, I have 2 redundant links - first is 1000/400 mbit (down/up speed) on optical/fiber, I have 4 raspberry pi 4 with 8gb ram there, and the second link is 400/100 over another provider, and I am planning to take another 1000/400 and bridge
    them alll.
    7. I am also a Google Cloud Advantage Partner with access to a peering link of 800gbit in Telekom Serbia/mts datacenter for free..

Those options sounds like real overkill for text-only Usenet feed.

Are you thinking of creating a new binary Usenet provider? Or what is the
    idea behind this?

Ah, never mind, didn’t finish reading the list. Option 6 (Raspberry Pies in home office) sounds adequate for private text-only server without too many readers. I guess I was confused when you mentioned 10 Gb links and 30k USD
    in credits.
