    It's likely been rejected as my domain name and the ISP I use to send it
    seem to fall foul of some email servers :(

    I wanted to ask if you could send me your preferred newsfeeds syntax
    please and I am not 100% sure I set that bit up correctly for you.

    If you could email me avon [at] bbs [dot] nz that would be grand.

    At present I don't seem to be feeding you anything and see an inactive
    innfeed connection to you but can see news flowing in (thanks)
