  • dictator hierarchy is now defunct

    All - I've taken down the hierarchy, stopped feeds with peers, and now
    shut down INN. To everyone who peered with dictatorshandbook.net and
    carried the dictator hierarchy, thank you. Thanks in particular to:

    Weretis.net and Solani.org
    Albasani.net
    Individual.de
    Blueworldhosting.com
    News.bbs.nz

    Also, thanks to the FreeBSD team who make running INN on FreeBSD easy as
    hell. And thanks to the folk who continue to develop INN. Long live
    Usenet; may it outlive the current crop of shitheads running the world.
