Hi guys

news.bbs.nz will be down for approx 12 hours on Friday 17 Jan 2020 (New
Zealand local time).

Our power company has advised they will be doing some work in our area installing a new power pole and swapping lines over to it...leading to a planned power cut during this time.

So if you see spooling of news during this period, that's why :)

We'll restart things once we get the all clear from the power company.

temporarily offline for approx. 6 - 8 hours because maintenance is being carried out on the network.

However, I can only give further details later this day,

and lasts until around November 3rd, 2020 4:00 a.m. (UTC+1).

During the maintenance period, the domains news.freedyn.net and news.dns-netz.com will be redirected to a backup server.
