I am seeing lot's a spam using Google Forms, normally the 419
format but sent with Google Forms. These seem to use the Form
to confirm the target's e-mail, and the spam usually says
unnamed form.
Google should really clean up their act as they are
facilitating scammers.
Well, I've got multiple google forms spam daily so its getting annoying. Spamcop parses it as google forms and also all header information and
also spamload points to google. So what's amusing here ?

I mainly get them on my Gmail account, three just now in my Gmail Spam >filter, all advance fee scams. Interesting Google aka Gmail
automagically flags them as spam.
I get several per day, but not in my primary e-mail account, that one my
spam filters work daily on the list.ru and inbox.ru spam flood.

I suspect he is amused that you would think Google would ever actually
do something about spam. After all, they are the number one source of
Usenet spam, thye don't respond to email reports, and many of their
services like blogspot.com don't even have valid abuse addresses. Just
try some time to report an email spam that contains a youtube payload to youtube.
Google is not the solution, Google is the problem.

I will never use Gmail or Google groups!

I have a real e-mail account, so Gmail is a backup. I agree Google is
the problem.

My sarcasm detector was broken :-). I agree that Google is quite big
problem nowadays, getting as big as ovh.net spammer heaven. As I no
longer run any mailhosts I can not filter by ip or other relevant (
block lists etc) criteria. My ISP just has spamassasin with >keywords/heuristics based filtering, no editing by myself.

If you actually have a desire to be taken seriously within this

Oh, they do. I've seen Google shut down a number of prolific spammers.
After all, they are the number one source of Usenet spam, thye don't
respond to email reports, and many of their services like blogspot.com
don't even have valid abuse addresses.
IMHO the main problem with Google regarding spam is their size and
number of users / accounts. So even a tiny fraction of a percentage of
their user base leaking spam means that hundreds of thousands if not
millions of messages get out.
Just try some time to report an email spam that contains a youtube
payload to youtube.
I've successfully reported spam a few times to Google. They were
ongoing spam campaigns from the same group or using the same method.
Google did respond, but it took weeks ~> months for them to fix the flaw
that was being exploited.
Google is not the solution, Google is the problem.
Google's size is the problem. Google's diligence (as in percentage of
total messages sent) is quite good. -- One billionth of the distance
from the Earth to the Earth's sun is still a really, Really, REALLY long
way. The same applies to the number of messages entering and leaving
Google every day.

Gmail spams!!
Phone number to google needed.
I wonder if they have internal alarms!

WEll, can the legal system in USA go after Google just like they are
doing with Facebook?

EXTREMELY unlikely to happen. It's probably between 0 and 1 percent likely.
I wonder if they have internal alarms!
Yes. They do. But by the time that they go off SO MANY MESSAGES have
been sent.
How many stars are one percent of the stars in the clear night sky.

For what?
WEll, can the legal system in USA go after Google just like they are

Maybe. Why? When someone does bring an issue to their attention they
do work it. It's just a matter of scale and fighting the bigger fires
first.
In some ways spammers aren't a big enough problem to take attention from >bigger problems.

It's not a staffing issue.
It's what a insurance video called law of large numbers problem. Even
