    $ dig +short -x 40.92.102.98
    mail-maxind01olkn2098.outbound.protection.outlook.com.

    There are errors in your Subject, your assumptions and you Exim
    configuration, you trolling spammer.

    Spamhaus does not block anything; you do.

    40.92.102.98 is included in neither the Spamhaus SBL or XBL zones. So
    far as I can determine, it never Was.

    There are plenty of Spamhaus SBL records pertaining to Microsoft:

    https://www.spamhaus.org/sbl/listings/microsoft.com

    40.92.102.98 is not among them.

    This appears to be a widely shared outbound mail server, which uses
    the mail-*.outbound.protection.outlook.com servers. That _you_ are
    haphazardly blocking mail from this server is yet another indication
    you have zero interest in communicating within this area.

    Please do not attribute your erroneous conclusions to Spamhaus. The
    problem exists between your chair and keyboard.
