    seem unlikely he understands the content of your report, let alone how
    to use it. Currently, his BI=22.000, for posting the identical reply
    to GoogleGroups spam, in n.a.n-a.usenet, just since 15 July 2020.

    While I agree with the sentiment, this constitutes excessive
    multi-posting.

    The the spamming also holds true for his substantively identical Jesus
    spam, seen elsewhere.
