Please sue Mr. McElroy for his gall-darn AIOE which is as good as
hiding criminals behind a veil of secrecy
news.admin.net-abuse.misc is an Usenet newsgroup. As such, it has no
standing to pursue legal action against anyone or anything. That you
appear to believe otherwise seems indicative of your mental health and wellbeing.
Experience suggests AIOE does not tolerate forgery and will act to
stop it. That you, Archie Pu, are apparently unwilling or incapable
of presenting a clear, concise report of this forgery, without all
your excess baggage, suggests you would rather whine about it, than to effectively eliminate it. This seems to be within only your
control (or complete lack thereof).
I'll even give you a template for AIOE. It requires no additional
commentary, beyond what I provide.
My email address, <
plutonium.archimedes@gmail.com>, is being
forged by one or more of your users.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
There is no point in posting any headers other than the Message-IDs,
as Google breaks them, rendering them quite useless. You can include
as many AIOE Message-IDs, as you choose. The M-IDs, alone, should
suffice. You have absolutely no reason to include any body text in
your report. Hurting Archie's feelings does not constitute an abuse
of the network's infrastructure and integrity; forgery does.
Archie, you are welcome to file a civil lawsuit against whomever you
wish, however you should be prepared to pay handsomely for the
privilege. Posting delusional rants to news.admin.net-abuse.misc may
get you both sound advice and peals of laughter. That you choose to
ignore both is your problem.
Now, you've been told what to do. Why don't you give it a try?
P.S. Civil action does not lead to imprisonment; criminal action may.
In either case, you will have to demonstrate substantial monetary
loss, to gain any traction regarding forgery. As there appears no
attempt to defraud, you will be hard-pressed to find a court which
won't laugh you right out the door. You have taken the way of the
ko0k once more, by producing what amounts to a cart00ney.
Congratulations!
