Password for what? Your email account? If so then you can contact your
ISP if you are using their email servers or contact
Microsoft/Outlook.com or Google or Yahoo or AOL if you are using their services.
I don't think you can recover password from WLM like you can in
Thunderbird but I suspect there are third party tools to recover from
Outlook and WLM so you could google for them.
