I think that this is a fairly common problem in Window Live Mail that I
never had in Outlook.

= not embedded in or attached to the email, i.e. remotely located, can't send something that doesn't exist on your device.
If you wish to include the pictures you'll have to navigate to their
original source, save them locally, then embed or attach them to the >forwarded message.
