Hi,

I am attempting to write a formula to determine if a month falls between
two dates which may range multiple years. With this, I can determine
how much work there is for each month to chart a bar graph for a
visual.

Below and attached are some sample data:

From Date To Date
6/1/2019 8/30/2019
11/15/2019 2/13/2020
12/31/2019 3/30/2020
1/19/2020 4/18/2020
3/10/2020 6/8/2020
4/4/2020 7/3/2020
11/29/2020 2/27/2021
