They'd be better served to bypass/upgrade 29 from Lynchburg to altavista. Sections between hurt an Gretna would be fairly simple to upgrade without bypassing. An Gretna to Chatham would require service roads in places but could be done. Chatham to D'
ville will need bypass.
Honestly that probably serve most in this area better than forcing the fools in c'ville to build the bypass eventually there will be no choice. I'd rather have 65 to 70 mph nonstop flow to Greensboro. An let the fools to the north stay to the north.
