After canceling the deal to bring higher speed passenger train service
to various parts of Wisconsin, the Chicago - Milwaukee Talgo trains are
now at risk of being axed as well. The first appearances of troubles
are the cancellation of the maintenance contract for the trains after
they are put into service.

Based on the photograph, it looks like the trains are nearly finished
being built.
Di I understand correctly that „Wisconsin Talgo“ trainsets are now to
be shipped to Nigeria for kind of suburban service?
