Bulgarian freight operator PIMK stops operation as electricity tariffs

Hello,
Bulgarian rail freight operator went out of running trains as
the use of OHL electricity became extremely expensive. Looks
like the problem ist not the use of OHL itself.
Not sure whether the company will be found in breach of
contracts and what might remain of it.
