Has anyone here ever closed a california EDD employer account before? I need to close it for a closing business. One of the questions was when is the last day you paid wages. I put 3/31/2020 because that was the last date. the next qusetion was business
closing date. Does the business closing date need to match the last paid date? The business is already closed but I am in the process of dissolving it. So what do I put for that?
