A man and woman from Livingston Parish face 250 counts of crimes
against nature related to bestiality after law enforcement
raided their house Thursday during a child porn investigation,
according to a State Police spokesman.
State Police began an undercover investigation in August and
found evidence of the child pornography at the Denham Springs
home of Minton Morris, 56, and Nina Morris, 52, Trooper First
Class Bryan Lee said.
Investigators obtained a search warrant and found evidence not
only of child porn, but “discovered evidence of the production
of bestiality pornography” and narcotics, Lee continued.
Detectives found four images indicative of child pornography and
about an ounce of marijuana, among other narcotics, the
Louisiana State Police news release says.
Nina Morris and Minton Morris were booked into the Livingston
Parish Detention Center on possession of a controlled dangerous
substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, in addition to
the 250 counts of crimes against nature. Minton Morris was also
booked on four counts of possession of child pornography and one
count of distribution of child pornography.
Nina Morris’ bond has been set at $6.3 million and Minton
Morris’ at $6.8 million.
No additional information was provided about their relationship,
where the crimes occurred or about the bestiality accusations
were available Friday afternoon.
