Brooklyn called me Saturday morning and explains that I already buy product from them for my Septic System, would I like more to have to prevent a System Breakdown? I told her "Cold Calls" to make a sale don't fly with me. "Oh no this is not a Cold Call.
.." Basically I said thank you and good bye.

cc# to save money. I ask why - he advises to save 40% and I tell him
I'm not buying it. Rather try it first and see. I also even asked if
this was a negative billing setup and was told no.

Well... I NEVER got the trial product but I did get their bill for $261.29!!!!!

I called them today 800-761-2027 and was advised to call back at
extenstion 225.
She played the taped conversation and it plays just as I stated above
yet she claims that in the tape I agree to a four month supply??? She
must be on drugs!

What kind of company treats people like this? At no time did anyone
ever ask if I like the product nor did they care when I said I never
received the product. All they care about is their fraudulent claim
that I 'agreed to buy in for 4months'.
I got mad and said I would plaster this all over the news and her only response was 'that's fine' ?????

So here it is! Permission granted from Septic Savior to plaster this
all over the news!

My mom is 96 years old this month and used to own a home and used this product. She has been in senior mobile home park for three years and Septic savior calls her multiple times a month from all different phone numbers, as late as 7:30pm and as early as
8:00 am. Hello! She's 96! She has told them over and over that she's on sewer, no longer owns a home and they promise they "will update our systems" and she is still being harassed. How do I stop her sleep from being interrupted! Help!
