• Itunes - no device button

From ken@21:1/5 to All on Tue Oct 31 11:32:10 2023
I haven't used iTunes for many years but can't even get started to use for backup now.

I never see the device button, whatever I do.

Tried multiple PCs, all with the latest iTunes, various USB
cables, tried rebooting all devices, tried Win7 and Win11.

iphone SE3 which is fully up to date.

Did you try signing out and back in?

That fixed it, thanks for the quick fix.

It was a new installation on the Win11 laptop and it hadn't asked me to
    login.

When I did, that then asked me to confirm that it was a login on a new
    device and
after the iphone asked me to trust that connection, the device button
    showed up.

You're welcome. Glad you got it working again.
