    Hello,

Is there a way to see iPhones' iOS cellular statistics during specific
time ranges (the last hour) like iOS' battery?

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

No, but there is an app called "open signal" which will show you
your cell (and wifi) data useage. It can show data used for the
day, past week, and past month. Can be rest to zero any time you wish.

Did you try field test mode? https://www.waveform.com/a/b/guides/field-test-guide

What iOS version are you on? Hopefully not iOS 16. https://blog.solidsignal.com/tutorials/ios-16-breaks-field-test-mode-again-really/
