suspect Jack Teixeira on six counts of willful retention and
transmission of national defense information.

Teixeira remains in federal custody. Prosecutors have argued that he
poses a flight risk.

Most interesting part of Teixeira indictment is that DOJ did not
charge him with the most serious espionage offense, 18 USC 794, which
has a much higher max sentence than 793 charge (life vs 10 years).
Shows DOJ didn't think he was trying to harm US or help foreign
adversaries.
