• Legalism: Is a sola scriptura interpretation of religion always wise

From Dan Urtiz@21:1/5 to All on Sun Sep 1 13:21:08 2019
I personally believe in God but not always in Jesus Christ or in the Bible. I find the Bible to be too Jewish, as it was, in a sense, perhaps entirely written by Jews or at the very least by hereditary Jews, the culture of which I find to be distasteful.
I believe that the Bible, perhaps especially sola scriptura interpretations of such a book, to have a brainwashing nature, perhaps even preserving Jewish control over our minds. Even the Ten Commandments are a bit suspect to me at times.

God is to myself more than just a book. God might rather be a spirit, who has little or no actual physical properties. I do not believe that an individual needs either the Bible or guidance from any Jew or priest in order to find God.
