I suggest that it might not be so godless for an individual to dislike a parent or any other family member whom such an individual perceives to be theologically evil. I further suggest that such a notion might not always even be so biblically unsound (Cf.
Matthew 10:34-37).
A parent who has a weak enough faith in God or who is theologically corrupt can erode the faith of his or her progeny, after all.
